Climate & humidity controlled
Dedicated climate-controlled warehousing for equipment where moisture is the real risk — electronics, machined surfaces, instrumentation and long-term lay-up.
A fleet of forklifts from 5,000 to 65,000 pounds, overhead bridge cranes in most of our warehouses, certified riggers and clear-span space. Compressors, motors, turbine components, vessels, machined assemblies, crated process equipment — if it arrives on a truck, we can get it off and put it away properly.
Our largest cranes are a 30 ton and a 20 ton working in tandem, for lifts up to 100,000 pounds. Two cranes means two pick points, so long items come up level instead of bending under their own weight — long, heavy and awkward all at once is rarely a problem here.
Beyond that we work with third-party crane companies we use regularly, and routinely store equipment well over 200,000 pounds. In practice, weight is rarely the limiting factor.
Plenty of operations have space. Fewer can lift fifty tons. Fewer still hold humidity below the level where steel starts to corrode. We do both, on the same site.
Come and take a look. Most of our customers decide after walking the site rather than reading about it. Call and we will show you the warehouses and the yard, and tell you honestly where your equipment should sit.

Covered, secured, racked and floor-stored space for crated equipment, palletized stock and bulk materials.
Hard-standing for skids, packages, vessels and construction equipment that does not need to be under roof.
Staging space for project materials and heavy equipment, near the Houston Ship Channel.
Transfer between transport modes, with crating and handling on site.
Forklifts to 65,000 lb and overhead cranes to 100,000 lb in tandem. Loading, unloading, crating and transport.
Shaft rotation, electrical hookups for motors, oil misting, nitrogen purge and more on request — so equipment comes out ready to run, not needing work.
Oil, gas and refining. Aerospace and defense. Renewable energy. Plastics and heavy manufacturing. Different sectors, one common requirement — equipment that is expensive, awkward, and cannot be replaced quickly.
A quote, an answer to a question, or a time to come and look round — whichever is useful.
