Over forty years storing industrial equipment near the Houston Ship Channel — the kind that is expensive, awkward, and cannot be replaced on a short lead time.
Titan Industrial Storage operates from two sites in Pasadena, Texas — ten warehouses between them. Indoor warehousing, climate and humidity controlled storage, twelve acres of stabilized yard, and the equipment and people to load and unload it all.
Our customers are refineries, oilfield service companies, aerospace and defense suppliers, wind and renewable energy operators, plastics processors and heavy manufacturers. What they have in common is not an industry. It is that the thing they need stored is worth more than the storage, and getting it wrong is expensive.
What forty years actually buys you
Mostly, it buys judgement about where something should sit.
Whether an item belongs outdoors on the yard, indoors under roof, or in humidity controlled space is not always obvious from a description on a purchase order. Knowing that a particular assembly has bare sealing faces that will pit in a Houston summer, or that a skid is fine outside but its control panel is not, is the difference between equipment that comes out ready to run and equipment that comes out needing work.
We have handled containers, pallets, plastic bundles, crates, boxes, skids, motors, compressors, heat exchangers, structural steel and process equipment. We have even stored space shuttle parts.
Loading and unloading is our job, not yours
An overhead bridge crane in the warehouse, equipment in the yard, and certified riggers on staff. Awkward and heavy is routine work here rather than something that needs a subcontractor and a lead time.
Our customers tend to mention the crew by name. That is not something we can put in a brochure and have it mean anything — but it is worth knowing that the same people will be there when your equipment arrives and when it leaves.
Where we are
Two sites, both in Pasadena, Texas: 3302 Lilac Street and 315 Beltway Green. Both sit in the industrial corridor east of Houston — under ten miles from most Houston Ship Channel terminals, including Barbours Cut, and close to the refineries and fabrication yards most of our customers operate from.
Come and look at the site before you commit anything to it. We would rather you saw the yard and the warehouse than took our word for it.
