Our Facility

Warehousing, a dedicated climate-controlled building, and twelve acres of stabilized yard in Pasadena, Texas.

Ten warehouses across two sites in Pasadena, Texas, plus twelve acres of stabilized yard — and the equipment on hand to move whatever arrives.

Most storage decisions come down to a question the brochure cannot answer: is the place any good? You are welcome to come and look before committing anything to us, and we would rather you did.

What is on site

Climate and humidity controlled warehouse

A purpose-built, signed building holding relative humidity between 43 and 50% year round — below the level at which atmospheric corrosion of steel accelerates. This is where bare machined surfaces, instrumentation, electric motors and long-term lay-up belong. More on how that works.

Indoor warehousing

Clear-span covered space with hard floors rated for heavy point loads, served by an overhead bridge crane. Crated process equipment, palletized stock, bulk materials and spares.

Twelve acres of stabilized yard

Graded to drain and built to carry weight without rutting, for skids, vessels, structural steel, construction plant and gas compressor packages. Also used as project staging and laydown. More on outdoor storage.

Handling equipment

Most of our warehouses have overhead cranes. One building at Lilac Street carries a 30 ton and a 20 ton that run in tandem for lifts up to 100,000 pounds; another has a 30 ton. Plus equipment in the yard and certified riggers on staff. Loading and unloading is our job, not something you arrange separately. More on rigging and handling.

Security

Our sites are gated, alarmed, and under 24/7 camera recording.

Worth being plain about what that does and does not do. Cameras and alarms deter, and they give you a record if something happens. What protects equipment day to day is that this is a working site with our own people on it. Deliveries are received by staff, and every visitor checks in at the front desk — nobody is on the property or in the warehouses unsupervised.

If your insurer or your own security policy has specific requirements, tell us what they are and we will tell you honestly whether we meet them.

Where we are

Lilac Street — main site
3302 Lilac Street, Pasadena, Texas 77505
Nine warehouses, the twelve-acre yard, and the office. Everything goes through here — deliveries, collections and inquiries all start at Lilac Street.

Beltway Green — satellite warehouse
315 Beltway Green, Suite 200, Pasadena, Texas 77503
A tenth warehouse, two miles from Lilac Street, for additional capacity.

Both sites sit in the industrial corridor east of Houston — under ten miles from most Houston Ship Channel terminals, including Barbours Cut, and close to the refineries and fabrication yards most of our customers operate from. That proximity is most of the point — short hauls, and equipment that can be retrieved the same day it is called for.
